McDonald’s for Youth is a community-driven initiative that helps young people build skills, gain work experience and take their first step towards a career. It aims to make McDonald’s a place where young people see opportunity, growth and a future for themselves.

The programme aims to meet 50% of our entry-level talent requirements while giving young people access to McDonald’s world-class training and development programmes to help them grow.

More than creating jobs, McDonald’s for Youth is creating a culture of opportunity, helping young people build confidence, realise their potential and see a future they can grow into.

By putting real people and real career journeys at the heart of the campaign, McDonald’s India – North & East aims to show young people that McDonald’s is not just a place to work, but a place where their career can begin, grow and go further.
