What is this app for?

In addition to providing information on our products and restaurants, we also offer app users many interesting offers. This is an app for our loyal McDonald’s customers.

I have no internet connection, I cannot use the app

An internet connection is required to ensure you are viewing the most recent information in the app.

I have no network in the restaurant, how can I redeem my offers?

To redeem an offer, simply activate it in an area with a connection (for example outside for a better 3G connection). The offer will remain visible for a set period of time even after disconnecting from the network.

My application won’t work

If this happens, we would recommend:

  • Restart your phone as a first option
  • If this doesn’t work, you could uninstall your app
  • Lastly, contact customer services for help

INFORMATION ON THE OFFERS

I activated the offer but did not have enough time to redeem it. Can I re-activate it?

We are sorry, in this case the offer is lost, you have a certain period of time when you click on redeem offer. Some of our offers are repeated; please refer to the terms and conditions.

When I activate an offer the golden coin and the timer are not displayed and the page describing the offer gets closed.

If you have activated the offer on your phone but with another account, this is normal behaviour as it is not possible to activate the same offer twice on the same phone but with different accounts.

Why am I not allowed to use 2 offers in the same transaction?

At this stage, you are only able to use 1 offer per basket.

I have forgotten my password and my identification email. What can I do?

You can reset your password by entering your email address in the ‘My Account’ menu in the app. Contact us by using the form below in case you have forgotten your email address or don’t receive the link.

Why does McDonald’s want to know my phone number?

The phone number enables us to identify you as a unique guest and helps us avoid the creation of multiple accounts. McDonald’s will never use it for commercial purposes.

My password is displayed as 4 dots ‘’ but my password contains more characters. Has the correct password been registered?

Yes! The 4 dots are just to show that your password has been registered, however long it is. You will be able to reset your password in the ‘My Account’ menu should you forget it one day.

I want to delete my account

Not a problem, simply contact us at customer@del.in.mcd.com and we will reply as soon as possible.

Frequently Asked Questions

My amount was debited from my account but the transaction was failed.

You need not worry. Your amount will be refunded back to your source account within 48 hours. Refund takes upto 5-7 business days from the date of refund to reflect on your bank account.

I have not received my refund in my bank Account. What should I do?

Refunds are processed by bank after 48 hours of the transaction. Banks usually takes 5-7 business days from the date of refund to reflect in your bank account (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays).

My payment is successful but I have not received the order confirmation.

Please email your order number (available on order confirmation email) along with the PayUmoney Payment ID (available on your transaction email) to customer@del.in.mcd.com.

What do I do if my order arrives with missing items?

In a rare situation of such nature, we request you to please write to us at customer@del.in.mcd.com.

McDonald’s does deliver to my area but my address is not found in the search results. What should I do?

Currently, in our geographic spread of North & East of India, the McDelivery™ services are available in selected areas in Delhi, Gurugram, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Noida, Chandigarh, Jalandhar; and in select areas in the city of Kolkata.

Delivery orders are subject to:

  • Your address falling within the delivery area of the nearest restaurant.
  • Availability of the restaurant to accept your orders
  • Your locality is automatically mapped to the nearest McDonald’s restaurant when you add your address. In case your locality does not fall under the serviceable area, a delivery order cannot be placed.
If different members of my family order from McDelivery™ website/mobile application, can we all use the same account?

Yes, you may share the same account. However, for convenience and security, it is recommended that each member register a new account. Remember, it’s free!

Where can I change my account info?

Once you’ve signed in to the site with your username and password, select “My Account” from the top menu. You can change your account information there.

How will I know when the restaurant received my Internet Order?

Click on ‘Track my order’ from the top menu and enter your order number (you can find your order number in the confirmation email sent to you after your order was confirmed).

How do I reset my password if I have lost or forgotten it?

If you forget your password, that’s OK! Just click on the “Forgot Password?” link on the Sign In page and follow the instructions. An email containing further instructions will then be sent to your registered email. Please check your ‘Spam’ folder or ‘Junk email’ folder to make sure that our email has not been filtered out.

What is Order in Advance?

You can place your orders up to 3 days in advance.

Is there a limitation to McDelivery™ orders?

There is no limit for an order for McDeliveryTM, you can continue to place the order through the mobile app or website. All orders above INR 2000/- are considered bulk orders and need to be prepaid.

Delivery of bulk orders, may take more time than usual. However, our endeavour is to deliver all orders promptly. In order to ensure customer satisfaction, we would appreciate if large orders could be made in advance.

Can I make changes after I’ve made my order or can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once the order is confirmed on the McDelivery™ website/mobile application, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

Do you offer discount cards?

We do not provide discount cards but McDonald’s offers great value-for-money deals for the satisfaction of our customers.

Do you accept McDonald’s ‘Be Our Guest (BOG)’ coupons in McDelivery™?

No, we do not accept ‘Be Our Guest’ cards in McDelivery™.

Do you accept Accor/Sodexo coupons in McDelivery™?

No, we do not accept Accor/Sodexo coupons.

Where are McDelivery™ services available?

Currently, in our geographic spread of North & East of India, the McDelivery™ services are available in select areas in Delhi, Gurugram, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Noida, Chandigarh, Jalandhar; and in select areas in the city of Kolkata.

How much time does it take for McDelivery™ to arrive after ordering?

Please be assured that we aim to deliver our service as fast as we can to meet your needs. However, the actual delivery time may be impacted by the operating conditions.

Is McDelivery™ available 24-hours a day, 7 days a week?

No, It is not available 24 hours, but it is available 7 days a week. Please note that McDelivery™ in your area is mapped with the restaurant operating hours which may vary from location to location.

How much is the minimum order requirement for McDelivery™?

There is no minimum order requirement. However, there is a delivery charge of INR 30 plus taxes on every McDelivery™ order placed through the website/mobile application.

What information will be included in the Final Invoice?

The Final Invoice shall include (i) Itemized statement of the product(s) and their quantity (ii) net price of the particular product(s); and (iii) break up of all applicable taxes, cess, charges, etc. levied by the statutory authority(ies) on product(s). The total amount may be rounded off to the nearest rupee.

What are the modes of payment?

You can pay your order on McDelivery using the following modes of payment

  • Cash on delivery (only for Orders of INR 2000/- or below)
  • Credit Card (VISA/ Mastercard)
  • Debit Card (VISA/ Mastercard)
  • Netbanking
  • E-wallets
  • UPI

If you select Cash on delivery option, we request you to prepare the exact amount to ensure that the delivery transaction can be efficiently completed upon arrival.

I have a registration with the McDonald’s app in the South & West. Do I need to register again?

Yes, you will need to register again as the McDonald’s business in the South and West is operated by a different company.

If I have registered on the mobile app, do I need to register again on this website?

The same registration can be used on the McDelivery website, and vice versa; you do not need to register again if you have an existing registration on either of the two platforms.

Do I have to register before I can order Delivery on this website?

Yes, only registered users are able to place an order. We are working on introducing a ‘Guest Checkout’ option, which will be made available soon.

Do you offer the same menu options for McDelivery™ as in the restaurants?

Except for some items that cannot be delivered, most of our menu is available. You can check our McDelivery™ menu by clicking on the “Menu” tab on this page.
